Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ollex Enterprises LLC (“Ollex,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
This Policy applies to purchases made through our Checkout, including Digital Goods, Digital Services, and Dispatch Services.
1) General Rule
All sales are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law, except as explicitly stated below (for example, duplicate charge, fraud/unauthorized use confirmed by our processor, or where a refund is required by applicable law).
2) Digital Goods
Because Digital Goods are delivered electronically and can be copied, we do not offer refunds once a Digital Good is delivered or made available (for example, via download link, email delivery, or portal access), except where required by law.
3) Digital Services (including deposits, retainers, milestones)
Digital Services often involve immediate allocation of resources and work commencement. Accordingly:
Deposits, retainers, and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.
If you request cancellation before work begins, any refund is at our sole discretion unless required by law, and may be reduced by processing fees and administrative time where permitted.
4) Dispatch Services (dispatch/platform fee)
Dispatch Services involve coordinating and dispatching independent Service Providers. The dispatch/platform fee charged through our Checkout may be refundable only in these limited situations:
Cancellation before a Service Provider is dispatched: refund eligible (subject to payment processing fees where permitted).
Service Provider not dispatched due to our or the dispatch vendor’s inability to place the request: refund eligible.
Service Provider fails to arrive after being dispatched (and the request is confirmed as a failure to arrive): refund eligible.
Not refundable:
If a Service Provider arrives and you are unavailable, unreachable, or a no-show.
If you cancel after a Service Provider is dispatched and en route (unless we confirm the Service Provider did not materially proceed, in which case we may refund at our discretion).
If you dispute the quality, scope, or final pricing of work performed by the Service Provider. Those issues are between you and the Service Provider.
Important: Charges billed by the Service Provider directly to you (labor, parts, mileage, after-hours fees, etc.) are not charged by Ollex and are not refundable by Ollex.
5) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have an issue, contact us first. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay any potential refund and may result in account restrictions.
We may provide transaction records, communications, dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, and support history to payment processors and card networks to respond to disputes.
6) How to Request a Refund Review

Include: your name, payment receipt/invoice link, date, amount, and reason for request, plus any supporting evidence.
