Dispatch and Brokerage Services
Coordination services that connect customers with independent third-party providers for roadside assistance and similar on-site services. Customers pay a dispatch fee through our checkout; on-site work is performed and billed separately by the independent service provider.
When you purchase through Ollex Enterprises, here is what happens:
Checkout. You complete payment on our hosted checkout page, which clearly identifies Ollex Enterprises LLC and the underlying vendor brand fulfilling your order. Your card statement will show an Ollex descriptor.
Confirmation. You receive a written receipt by email and, where applicable, an SMS confirmation containing your order details and a support contact.
Fulfillment. The vendor delivers the digital goods, service, or dispatch coordination you purchased. For dispatch services, we connect you with an independent third-party service provider; the on-site work is performed by that provider, not by Ollex.
Updates. You may receive transactional SMS and email notifications about your order — for example, dispatch status, delivery confirmations, or customer-care replies to questions you raise.
