Program description

Ollex Enterprises LLC ("we," "us") operates a payment and order management platform used by independent vendors. When a customer places an order with one of our vendors and provides a mobile phone number on the Stripe-hosted checkout page, that customer is enrolled in transactional SMS notifications related to that order.

What messages you will receive

- Delivery confirmation requests (e.g., "Reply YES to confirm receipt of order #12345")

- Payment receipts and refund notifications

- Fraud verification or order-related questions from your vendor

We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring campaign messages through this program. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Most customers receive between 1 and 5 messages per order.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Ollex Enterprises does not charge for SMS; standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to immediately stop receiving SMS from us. You will receive one final confirmation message.

How to opt back in

Reply START or UNSTOP to resume messages.

Supported carriers

All major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected through Stripe Checkout are used solely for the transactional messaging described above and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
