Program description
Ollex Enterprises LLC is the merchant of record and payment processor for purchases made through vendor brands using our hosted checkout. SMS order updates are optional and are never required to purchase or receive any service. At checkout, you may choose whether you want SMS updates. If you choose Yes, we send you a single SMS asking you to reply YES to confirm. If you reply YES, you'll receive transactional texts: a delivery confirmation, your payment receipt or refund notification, and replies from our support team if you contact us. If you choose No, or don't reply YES, no SMS is sent and you receive all updates by email.
How to opt in
At checkout, select "Yes, text me order updates" in the optional SMS dropdown. After payment you will receive one SMS asking you to reply YES to confirm enrollment. Your YES reply is your express consent. Declining SMS, or ignoring the opt-in message, has no effect on your order or service — you will still receive all updates by email. You can opt out any time by replying STOP.
What messages you will receive
A delivery confirmation request (for example, "Reply YES to confirm receipt of order #12345")
A payment receipt or refund notification
A reply from our support team if you contact us about an order
We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring campaign messages through this program. You will receive up to 5 messages per order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Ollex Enterprises does not charge for SMS; standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to immediately stop receiving SMS from us. You will receive one final confirmation message.
How to opt back in
Reply START or UNSTOP to resume messages.

Supported carriers
All major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Ollex Enterprises LLC will not share or sell your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through our checkout are used solely for the transactional messaging described above and to support order fulfillment. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
